• SPECIAL PROJECTS COORDINATOR – Academic Research Organization

    An organization that supports the advancement of Academic Research is looking for a Special Projects Coordinator.


    • Conceptualization, execution, and production of academically-oriented activities and projects (including symposia,  seminars, workshops, opening, and closing ceremonies, organizing steering committees, finding speakers, etc…)
    • Coordination of community engagement and volunteer projects performed by fellowship recipients (including consultation and placement, development of opportunities, follow-up, issuing annual reports)
    • Development of an alumni unit (including conceptualizing and executing activities, initiating meetings, data collection and maintenance, and more)
    • Financial and budget coordination
    • CRM (development and data coordination)
    • Writing, reporting and summarizing activities
    • Operational tasks including arranging meetings, follow-up, work opposite suppliers, coordinating student reporting, data management, website upgrades, etc.

    Requirements and skills:

    • Experience in project management in academic settings
    • Experience in academically-oriented programs an advantage
    • English and Hebrew at native tongue level
    • Ability to communicate clearly –  verbally and in writing –  in both languages
    • B.A. mandatory, MA an advantage
    • Excellent attention to detail and quality orientation
    • Excellent interpersonal skills; a team worker
    • Ability to initiate and work independently
    • IT savvy – an ability to work opposite web-builders, CRM and online application developers
    • Proven multi-tasking abilities
    • Strong organizational skills
