Manage all aspects of a small non-profit’s operations including Fundraising, projects, bureaucracy
Developing and implementing a general fundraising strategy and fundraising strategies for specific projects
Donor relations and responsibility for fulfilling commitments for existing grants
At least several years of experience in successful non-profit management
Someone who can manage and supervise a small team
Mother tongue English – required. Great English writing skills – required.
Hebrew fluency – required. Great Hebrew writing skills – advantage.
College degree – required.
Communication skills and presentability and high level of creativity
Able to prioritize and multi-task
Comfort and familiarity with Microsoft Office and any non-profit CRM software (Salesforce, Donorperfect…)
Knowledge of social media, SEO, and PPC
Grant writing experience – advantage
Army service- advantage
Sun-Thurs, 9-5 in Jerusalem city center.
