• Innovation Coordinator – ALYN Hospital

    Responsibilities:

    • Administrative and office management of the Innovation Space
      • Manage schedules, meetings, and activities of the Innovation Space
      • Prepare presentations, Excel tables, reports, and other documents
      • Prepare background materials for meetings
      • Support needs of ALYNnovation portfolio companies
    • Coordinate efforts between internal and external parties
    • Support in marketing activities
      • Write materials in English and Hebrew
      • Produce marketing materials
      • Assist in executing marketing and PR programs
    • Event coordination and production
      • Assist in coordinating and producing events and Find opportunities for sponsorships
      • Locate opportunities for participation in panels, conferences, and events
      • Represent Innovation Space at various events, meetups, conferences
    • Support in the management of different projects in PELE
    • Support in organization, production, and operations of special projects, such as the PELEthon, events for the hi-tech community, launch events, seminars, and conferences
    • Formulate correspondence, communications, and reports to donors and entrepreneurs in English and Hebrew

    Qualifications

    • Native English, fluent Hebrew (both written and spoken)
    • Experience in Microsoft Office and social media
    • Experience in databases – advantage
    • Excellent order and organization skills
    • Ability to function in high-stress situations
    • Ability to work independently and take initiative
    • High interpersonal skills for working in a complex organizational environment
    • Diligent, responsible, and professional
    • Experience in hi-tech or venture capital – advantage
